This is my first proper multi-part design. I’m a machinist by trade and have been using Fusion 360 for a while, mostly for work, but I decided to take on a personal project and I’m really happy with how it turned out. I’ve printed everything, and you can see it in the photos. The threads fit perfectly right off the printer no tapping needed and it works smoothly with an E27 light kit, which I’ll link. The base is printed in PLA, the shade holder in PETG, and the shade itself in PLA silk. All the sizes and fits are perfect the shade holder snaps into place on the base with a slight interference fit and then rotates to lock securely. Let me know your thoughts!
