Suggestions for my video

The audience that this video, is intended for, is Middle School students from the 6th to 8th grade. The course is the second-semester computer class (Computer 2). That said, it would not be reasonable to expect them to have taken, or passed, the first-semester computer class (Computer 1); many of the students take the computer classes out of order. Most of the students read one to three years below grade level.

This is their first experience using any CAD software, other than TinkerCAD, which is used in Computer 1. Computer drawing is only a small part of either of the courses.

One change I am planning to make is to have them do another FreeCAD lesson before this one. In Computer 1, they use TinkerCAD to make a "Block-Man."

My plan is to have them, close to the beginning of Computer 2, create a block-Man in FreeCAD. This will give them experience with Pad, Pocket, and Constraints in a familiar project that relies on rectangles and the Polyline tool.

People have mentioned, in the past, that I have a terrible workflow; however, keep in mind that this is intended for middle school and I am trying to keep everything simple. All that said, any suggestions?

What causes this weird plane when attempting to add a Fillet?

When we were making the fidget spinner, some of my students had this plane appear when they attempted to add the fillet. On one of them, the plane was about 5mm from the object.

It didn't appear until they tried to add the fillet.

I want to stress that it only happened to a small number of students, and I don't think they were trying to play "stump the teacher."

Any thoughts about what caused it?
