Two out, bases loaded. Grounder to 2B, but instead of going to a bag, fielder makes an attempt to tag on runner coming from first. Runner stops and back pedals delaying the out. Runner that was on third crosses home plate. Then runner that was on first ruled out for running out of baseline trying to get around second baseman.

Should run score? Umpire says yes because player attempted to tag runner instead of going to the bag so that makes it not a force out.
