Recently I've had a friend come back to me with an 'issue, regarding his L480.

The complaint was that the exhaust is burning his hand, to the side of the laptop.

While I love thinkpads, including the enterprise models. I happened to mostly work on E14s which has its exhaust pointed into the screen hinges.
Whenever I use my x230/x201 or my work t14g3, i never get them warm enough for it to really be a problem.

Have you got any model-specific problems, or sellingpoints, you could share?
