After our movie earlier today, I received a text from Alamo that I needed to close out within 20 min or an ADDITIONAL 5% tip was going to be automatically added ON TOP of the existing 18%. I was driving so of course I didn’t see it, so they automatically added a 23% tip for bussing out food.

The quality of the food has drastically declined
The phone policy has created massive distractions
The service is frequently unfriendly
The food is more expensive than ever

And now they charge 23% tip if you forget to close out. Despite there not even being servers anymore. I’m officially done with Alamo.
