Hey everyone,

I applied to KPMG Australia's Emerging Talent program (talent pool, not a specific role) and wanted to ask about timelines after the online assessments.

Here's my situation:

- Application deadline was April 20

- Online assessment deadline was April 24

- I requested an extension due to medical conditions and KPMG approved it

- Completed the assessments on April 29

- It's now been about 2 weeks and I haven't received any outcome — no rejection, no next steps, nothing

The assessment included a games-based cognitive test and a workplace behaviours assessment through Criteria Corp.

For anyone who's gone through the same process:

- How long did it take to hear back after completing the assessments?

- Did you get a formal rejection email, or did they just ghost you?

- Is silence after 2 weeks usually a bad sign?

- Does requesting an extension affect your chances at all?
