new to the ruger family, any way i can get a suppressor on my ruger 57?

wondering if these bullets are in good condition to shoot?

great grandpa left me his rifle and was wondering if these rounds are in any condition to be shot with. i have no idea how long they have been sitting in these magazines. but they’re 7.62x39 wolf. they have streaks of grease or oil on them?
