Hi, this might be rare, but my scholarship application was mistakenly rejected by the scholarship office. The reason they gave was that I hadn't completed 96 cps in my previous semester, so I didn't meet the eligibility criteria. However I've completed 102 cps, and I have also attached my official academic transcript with my application. When they emailed me the outcome last Friday, I contacted the scholarship office immediately and kindly asked to be re-added to the candidate pool, but there was no response. I emailed them again this Tuesday but still haven't heard a word until now. I also emailed the profs who recommended me for this scholarship, but they said they couldn't do anything.

What should I do next? Who should I contact?
