Overcoming slow letdown with next baby?!

Hi. This is very niche probably… but I’m currently nursing my 15 month old and pregnant with my 2nd baby! Around 7 months with my first, my cycle returned and my letdowns became very inconsistent. Sometimes they’d happen within a minute, and other times it would take 10 minutes. I found out it was mainly due to anxiety, but partially due to hormones as it always started around ovulation and then my anxiety would spike and make the issue worse.

Anyways… we’ve made it this far but sometimes I still have days I worry about it and it’ll take up to 5mins. I keep finding myself worrying that this is going to happen with my next baby now too. So wanting to see if anyone experienced this once, but had success with breastfeeding another baby?
