Hey everyone,

I’m 17 years old and I’ve been dreaming about getting into mountaineering for a long time. I’m fascinated by the mountains and I really want to learn climbing, hiking, and alpine skills step by step.

The biggest problem right now is money. Equipment, courses, and travel are extremely expensive, especially as a student. That’s why I started a small GoFundMe to help me afford basic gear and my first training opportunities.

I’m not looking for “free money” — I’m willing to work hard, save money myself, and fully commit to this passion. I just need a little help to get started.

Even advice for beginners or budget gear recommendations would mean a lot to me.
