Not trying to sell anything here — just sharing what's actually working for our team in the Coachella Valley.

The old workflow: pull MLS comps manually, navigate Riverside County permit portal (slow), build a PowerPoint, hope nothing changed before the appointment.

The new workflow: enter the address in PropertyDNA, get full permit history + comps + valuation in ~60 seconds, send to seller before the appointment.

The part that surprised us most: sellers who receive the report ahead of time arrive curious, not skeptical. The meeting becomes a data review instead of a pitch.

We're a real estate team in Palm Springs. Spent the last year building PropertyDNA, an AI platform that pulls county assessor data, permit history, and market comps into a single report in under 60 seconds.

The workflow change: agents generate the report, email it to the seller 24 hours before the listing appointment, and walk in to a conversation instead of a cold pitch. Sellers who receive the report beforehand have already spent 20 minutes with your research.
