As the title suggests, I was playing perfectly fine a few days ago and now sometimes I get massive input lag (0.5-1 seconds) or my inputs just don't register at all.

I'm running a 3050, i5, 16 gigs ram

I tried turning on nvidia low latency: didn't work

I tried lowering graphics: didn't work.

I'm out of ideas, any help would be appreciated.

Edit: it's also not a problem with my controller
