I am looking to sublet my large private room in a 2 bath apartment on Hemenway St, less than 2 minute walk from Northeastern University, for $1850 a month. For between anytime June, and September 1st. Utilities included

Room includes closet space, a large bay window, and my very powerful window AC unit.

Also included furnishings will be a full mattress, bedframe, bedside tables and dresser. Can leave some lamps too if you want.

The subletter would share a quite large two sink bathroom with two other house-mates, one boy and one girl, and a common kitchen. I have lived here for 6 months now and they are very clean.
