Hello all, I was hoping someone might provide me with some advice on applying to a PhD program in Philosophy.

This is a big dream of mine, but PhD’s in philosophy tend to have poor job prospects. For that reason, I am doing a JD/MHA dual-degree program. I hope to go back to school for Philosophy, as it is my passion. I am wondering the most competitive schools I can apply for. My undergrad degree was in Political Science, and my gpa was a lowly 3.33. I am also open to doing a Masters in Philosophy before a PhD as well.
