I'm genuinely confused by the constant claims that the VGSA doesn't address workload and it should do it better.. But I don't understand how this works in practice.. Given it's an EBA..

They couldn't really reduce F2F or reduce class sizes due to the teacher shortage.

Most of the issues around workload are due to Policy in the DoE that can't be covered in an EBA.

Principals are implementing above and beyond DoE policies.. To me this needs to be addressed at a local level and tackled through policy change and enforcement at a DoE level but it can't be written into an EBA because legally it can't..

I guess this is just a rant.. Unless someone can explain to me how legally this can be included..
