I'm struggling to get past a single round of STH and I don't know if it's the fact that I suck or that I'm doing it solo. Anyways, I need help please

I need help because Im trying to do ssd's but I'm stuck on 3 because I get through 3 rounds and on the 4th I get absolutely bombarded with smashers with a million health and I can't get past them

Edit:I'm now on SSD 6 and still getting shredded to bits
