I'll keep this pretty simple. Been wholesaling with a partner for a little while now. We both work full time, 9-5. We've been able to generate leads with a VA cold caller, but have had mixed results.
I work at a marketing agency - and im really good at running facebook ads. I generate some really good results for my clients, doesn't matter the product, from roofing to heloc loans, i get them leads at a very good cost.
I've really wanted to pull the trigger and start meta ads for wholesaling, ik i can generate leads, and the quality will be better. Budget isnt really an isse within reason (cant drop 10k a month yet lol)
The biggest issue for this is simply just speed to lead when they do come in, and to be honest, im not the best on the phones.
My question is - is there any acquisition guys that are "freelance" and work with multiple wholesalers or clients? It wouldn't make sense to bring in someone full time without inbound lead volume yet
Maybe im being an idiot, idk any thoughts.
