Well that didn’t go well.
Realising the mistakes I’ve done now, especially mad that I forgot to include one of the important and major points on attendance note.
How do we get over this..

Hey, how likely do you think it is that we get an appeal in advocacy?
For criminal, this would be crown court (so no audience right).
For civil appeal we might get an appeal from district judge to circuit judge (otherwise also no audience right?)?
Hi!
Trying to cut down my time writing attendance notes - wondering if we need to include in the note details from the brief (e.g. client details - contact details, property: property address, tenant details, amount of rent arrears etc) if stated in the email at all.
Essentially, is brief treated as supplementary or does all info need to be copied in? If required, wondering if we can note it all in interview notes during preparation time and then annex?
I assume the answer is no but maybe I missed some feature… is it at all possible to zoom out the right panel in which you’re writing? I’m struggling so much with not being able to see more than few lines of text.
I feel like since sitting SQE1 in Jan I have been unable to learn any new information and everything I know has evaporated/blended.
Might be because SQE1 prep has been intense but also we were repeatedly doing MCQs. Literally reading my notes and thinking ‘yes I remembered it for SQE1, I wouldn’t remember it now even though I went through those notes’…
So stressed about tomorrow…
