M23. Motivated to reach financial freedom

Hey all just wanted advice on how to maximise my current routine or if anyone could suggest anything else. I’m working a 9-5 job paying £27k annually and investing a large percentage of that to my stocks and shares isa. I’m currently looking at around £40k in the stock market and when I turned 18 I bought cryptocurrency which totals around 1/2k. Aswell as doing my full time job I’m committing time to do Amazon flex which have been doing most weekends and/or weekdays. Finally, I have also been doing prolific surveys if and when available. Does anyone have any advice on what else I could do? I’m trying to find higher paying jobs but the job market is not looking the best for it.

Eczema flare since November 2025

Hey all been having my first big flare at 23 years old since November. It’s always been under control with a topical steroid in creases. I’ve used many different creams, antibiotics and a protopic to combat this, but the same thing happens; they work then it comes back. So I’m really trying to do a deeper look into my day to day life and find what is causing this and keeps it coming back. Surely it’s something I’m doing right, if it’s being treated then comes back. Now I’ve been doing research online and I definitely would feel better tackling the cause than trying treatments with a risk of side effects.

Here are a few of my ideas of what it could be though checking my order history’s for this period and what I’ve been using/ eating;

Vegan protein powder - contains soya, a known irritant to eczema

Sanex roll on and Spray - these both contain alcohol, aluminum and fragrances, known irritants.

My Gymshark T-shirts to be used in intense gym sessions- 100% polyester T-shirts which are tight fitting

Now these are the things I’ve genuinely been using everyday since this flare and was never something I’ve questioned until a further inspection. Has anyone ever experienced a reaction with any of these. It may not even be these and it may be something else, but surely it’s good to rule these out?

I’ve not used deodorant for 2 days so keeping track of how I feel and how the skin is from this and after a week will do the same for the protein then the T-shirts.

If anyone can offer me any advice on what they think I could do for this please let me know.

Losing hope

So a little breakdown I’m 23 years old and have had eczema my whole life and it’s always been something that flared up during summer in my skin creases then steroid cream (synalar) would fix it and then not have again till a few months/ year. But since last November this changed drastically my skin experienced the worst flare of my life, that steroid cream was ineffective. 6 weeks of prednisolone, ineffective. After using a protopic cream it was also ineffective. I have seen a dermatologist who gave me mometasome a stronger steroid which has helped them as the taper to use the protopic to maintain it. But after like three days of switching to the protopic my skin is feeling really itchy and it’s slowly flaring back up. It’s genuinely exhausting having some hope that it’s getting better then it ruins my mood. The dermatologist did say that if that didn’t work they would look into phototherapy which I’ll definitely do but I’m struggling to genuinely see this flare ending. My eczema has never been as out of control like this before and it scares me that it’s still not been controlled after around 8 months of trying different treatments. Has anyone experienced anything similar? I’m genuinely losing hope..
