Emergence and Boson

I have offers from both and initial role is to port existing strategy knowledge in multiple markets in boson and alpha research in emergence. Also have an offer from good mft company in mumbai, team of 4 people incl me.

I have 1 YoE in market making in Indian markets. All have offered similar comp. Please help me make an informed decision.
