For context I am a 22M turning 23 in September I was like 130lbs but am now 120 due to having the flu last week I’ve been trying desperately for like 6 years now to gain weight to get to my goal of 150-160 and it just seems impossible at this point I’m about 5’10 too so I’m already at the bottom 1% of skinnyness also financially struggling so it’s hard to afford basic necessities like food however I do have mass gainer powder that is like 1200 cals per shake and I try to have one a day but still see like no results whatsoever I workout regularly but without nutrition or food it seems there’s no benefit at all to that if anyone has any advice that could potentially help I’m all ears
