Excuse me for my english, I'm polish, tell me if there's something you don't get.

Often on the internet I see posts about studying and quite often people have very long texts on paper, a lot of them highlighted, tons of small sticky notes, just a lot of texts​, illustrations and diagrams. I have a photo example.

I am 15, I just started high school (in Poland we used to have middle school but it was removed from the program and from elementary school you immediately go to high school on whichever major you chose, I choose commercial major which has a lot of graphic design and art cause I wanna be an illustrator). When we are about to have a test or a pop quiz I just grab my book and repeat important texts as well as illustrations in my head, for maths I analyze the operations we done in the notebook and I memorize step by step what to do.

I'm not sure if it's because​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ you have less material in polish high schools and majority of ppl I see online are American and there are some significant differences in the educational system between ​​​polish and American one or you just have tons of material ​​in c ollege and Im seeing mostly it's students online. I just wanted to ask out of curiosity because I couldn't find answers online I just generally wanna know.
