UC Davis paid 12.5 million to join Mountain West.

Students fund 57% of athletics.

Rocko DeLuca inflated budgets and lied so he could cut the 3-time championship women's equestrian team...at the top ag school...so he could pay 12.5 million into mountain west. And funnel yet more money into his preferred sports.

Where is the outrage? Why are we allowing our leadership to behave so unethically? 50 women's lives are forever destroyed, decades of hard work and sacrifice gone...no ability to transfer or compete in club...all ended by one individual because we were in the way. He inflated budgets, he continued to take our donor money even into January pretending it was for this team while knowing the team was cut, yet he refused the donor money to save the team these past months...because we aren't football, basketball or cheerleading.

When will students voices be heard?

Rocko gets a huge pay raise to move to Mountain West to put his salary in line with those coaches (>350k)

"UC Davis agreed to increase its annual men's basketball expenses to certain financial levels in 2026-27, 2027-28 and 2028-29; those specific benchmarks were redacted; UC Davis spent $2,823,059 on men's basketball in fiscal year 2023 and is already the highest cost per athlete.

UC Davis agreed to spend a minimum figure in men's basketball game guarantees for "winnable home games;" that benchmark was redacted."
