Are you meant to be told about SC outcome. As I logged in and it just says completed do I assume I’ve been vetted and cleared ?

Hi all I’m wondering if anyone know roughly the wait from medical to fitness test as I have been waiting almost 8 weeks. My recruiter gave me my security clearance forms which I have completed. Do I need to wait for my security clearance to get back first or is there just a big backlog
