I've been prescribed Aklief to help with my stubborn (mostly hormonal) acne. Since it's hormonal, it's localized ONLY to my jawline. I've heard some people complain about purging that lasts for MONTHS, so I'm curious if it's recommended to use it on the localized areas, or if there's any reason I would want to use it on the rest of my face anyways.

Aside from my jawline, and a little on my nose, the rest of my face does not get any acne whatsoever, even without any products. And my acne only started after I turned 18, when my PCOS worsened/changed. (went from having 1-2 periods a year, to almost nonstop bleeding)

What do you guys think?
