What could be these skin outbreaks/ulcers under arm?
Swab test from doctor came back clear (showed up nothing). He said it might be chaffing which it absolutely isn’t 🙄. Also I have a cold/flu - sore throat, achy muscles, flemmy cough. The smaller dots developed later as did one on back of shoulder so something is spreading. I have my suspicions of what it is but wondering if anyone has had similar symptoms and your best guess of diagnosis.
