ManyBaggers lend me your knowledge; work bag 40L +-5L
I have been looking for a backpack every waking hour for the past week, but I can’t seem to find what I am looking for.
Sorry for the long text, but I really am at a loss.
I need a 40L (+-5L) bag for that will be transported in the passenger seat in my car on my way to work.
I need quick access to my phones in the bag, because I call via handsfree in the car.
For daily work commute it shall hold:
Two phones, glasses case, laptop, mouse, work out clothes, shoes and lunch box.
For work trips it should be around or slightly over Lufthansa carryon size (55x40x23cm).
Now to my biggest problem. No bags I have found have the organisation for two phones in two pockets in the easy access pocket. Plus the easy access pocket has to have a bit of volume for the other gear.
Most bags have bigger pockets where my daily work gear will slide around in the bag. I want a designated pocket for each work item.
One further possibility is to have an easy access tech pouch in a big easy access pocket with no organisation. But that would mean that I need to open two zippers to get into my gear.
One other possibility is to have a sling or smaller bag for tech, when I go to the office abroad and leave my clothes and all at the hotel.

(Under 200€, all is nice, straps are meh)
Own/have tried:
Thule Aion 40 (materials+structure!, But main compartment too small)
Thule Landmark 40 (flimsy to say the least)
Osprey Farpoint 40 (flimsy no organisation, not a work bag)
Osprey 26+6 (flimsy too small, no organisation, fixed hipbelt)
Cabinzero classic plus (no organisation)
Nomatic travel pack 24 (too small, small pockets)
Have looked at:
Cotopaxi allpa 35/42L (nice, no EA organisation)
Aer Tp4 (nice, expensive af)
Tomtoc T66 (not my cup of tea)
+All other bags that can be considered. (I have vacuumed Reddit for the past two weeks)
