I've started working out for a few months now and still haven't been able to commit to a proper split/ routine.

Currently i gym four days a week and follow a PPL and Upper routine but I low-key feel like im making no progress.

My main goals are to build my Arms, Back & Chest as well as drop on stomach fat.

Any advice, help regarding sharing splits or any support would be greatly appreciated.
