What should I do to bring awareness to these bullies?

Adelaide footy league
There's something deeply embarrassing about grown men connected to a high-profile Adelaide footy league club allegedly engaging in whisper campaigns, harassment, bullying, and public humiliation of outsiders and members of their like it's still high school.
At what point does "club culture" stop being brushed off as banter and start being recognised for what it actually is? Because when someone's mental health deteriorates, when they stop eating, stop going out, become anxious, isolated, or ashamed of themselves over ongoing targeting and ridicule the damage is very real for people inside the circle and outsiders.

And with everything currently surrounding the Dawson brothers and the conversations already happening around MENTAL HEALTH AND MAKING ENVIRONMENTS BETTER AND SAFE FOR PEOPLE ESPECIALLY MEN TO COME FORWARD AND TALK, but when I hear whispers of coward acts from footballers where their behavior is piss poor and outright childish, where does the accountability, and culture in football circles, where exactly is the line drawn? Who actually holds these adult people accountable when one they are representing a club and two the behaviour happens outside the field but still under the influence of these social groups and environments with big packs of immature boys that feed off each others lame jokes....
Especially in venues where they are sponsors by their club?

People love to talk about mental health awareness until the bullying is coming from popular, protected, or well connected individuals. Then suddenly it becomes "drama," "overreacting," or just a joke

If your status, club, or friendship group gives you confidence to humiliate and intimidate other people, especially in packs, that's not strength. It's immature, cowardly, and honestly pathetic.
Sport is supposed to build character not create environments where people are mocked until their mental health suffers. As an adelaide footy league club, there's one in particular this post is about but, What are they meant to do to stand up for this sort of behavior and what needs to be done for enough
