Looking for recommendations to suit Appalachian-rural/folk/supernatural/haunted/

I'm listing a few of the books I've read/listened to in the last year, hoping to find something that I can get lost in, both audio and physical formats welcome.

Appalachian/Backwoods horrors

I've recently finished Brother by Ania Ahlborn - messed up but loved it

Revelator - I know this is objectively a good book but it got a little too Lovecraftian cosmic for me (personal taste)

Haunted house/Possession

The Exorcist's House series (absolutely loved this series, been chasing the high since)

The Dead Children's Playground

Inside the Devil's Nest

The Haunting of Ashburn House

History/Supernatural element

My favourite audiobook in the last year has been Tananarive Due's The Reformatory, (utterly harrowing but incredible).

The Devil and Mrs Davenport

The Boys In The Valley (I liked this a little less though maybe because I listened to it in audio format)

Folk horror

Withered Hill - This was a bit of a left-field one, a bit Wicker Man-esque but I liked that it was different
