Ashveil + Blade + DHPT in V3 Beta

I usually don't make posts but I am making this post due to the sheer amount of misinformation that people are spreading in regards to this team in the V3 beta and it is starting to frustrate me
According to the wording of Blade's V3 changes, it appears you can't skill when you are 1HP, meaning that DHPT can no longer be used without his Signature Lightcone in this team
This affects Ashveil as he is one of the best teammates for DHPT, so what to do?
I have played on and tested this team on the beta and from my testing, Blade CAN use his skill if he is 1HP BUT has a shield (this image contains spoilers of the new boss) - https://imgur.com/a/l4qTtzQ

I am unsure if this is how this interaction is meant to work, if there is a mistranslated text or whatever else it could be. However, it would be great if you have not played on the beta, if you could please stop spreading misinformation to people.
In it's current state, this team still works perfectly fine and until they change it (I will post again if they do), please stop telling people "you need a healer", you are misleading people who might change their pulling plans because you didn't care to do research or verify what you are saying
