Telus Fraud
I went on google the other day to call Telus customer service and the first link was a Telus website with a number under it so I called it. It lead to this guy I just wanted to un suspend a number and he sent a couple emails to verify me, then he said I had a due charge so I paid it and he took out double the money saying it didn’t go through. Take it it was on a Telus website. I realized the day after I didn’t get the money back in my account like he said and the number didn’t work.
I called the number back a different person picked up and she ended up making the number work but then I told her about the fraud she was confused and lead me to a manager.
Later on that manager said that number doesn’t belong to Telus and confused how it lead to him and was just saying bs I kept saying it was on the website and the lady literally made my number work again I was so confused. Called the number back again lead to someone random I yelled at her and she hung up.
I don’t think the manager believed me, is there anyway I can get my money back it was about $380
