Guys recently I forgot my vtop password, so when i click on forget password option and then enter my OTP , the loading screen can be seen but it keeps on loading and unable to change my password. Is there any mail id I can contact to rectify this issue?? Any suggestions please drop it down cause the website is through which I have to pay my fee and other stuff.
