5 months - 21 kg down

Over the last 5 months I've lost 21 kg (46 lbs). I still have a little way to go, as I want to see my abs clearly and get to around 10-11% body fat.

I am doing IF (18:6) with no cheat days or even meals staying in a consistent caloric deficit every day. I train at home (Upper/Lower split 4xweek) with only adjustable dumbbells and a bench. I try to eat at least 120-130 g of protein per day (meat, eggs, Greek yogurt, fish etc.) I didn't do any cardio, just doing 7k+ steps a day, so nothing fancy whatsoever. I guess mostly what worked for me is being consistent and following a routine daily.
In terms of supplements I just use protein powder and creatine.

EDIT: Starting weight was 103kg, weight in last picture - 82kg.
Height - 185 cm, 38 yo.
