My (AMAZINGLY THOUGHTFUL) wife got me a guided float trip on the green river for Christmas for I got to cash that in about a week ago. Started out with a double nymph rig (size 20 and 24 scuds) and landed close to probably 10. A mix of bows and browns. THEN about halfway through the trip my guide heard some cicadas so we switched it up and started hammering the top water bite. Truly a once in a lifetime experience.
