For transfer admissions to schools like Stanford or Ivies, how much do IB final exam scores actually matter?

If there’s a big drop from predicted to final (like ~10 points), is that a serious red flag, or does college GPA mostly outweigh it after freshman year?

Would appreciate honest insight from anyone who’s gone through the transfer process.
