First time build here, could really use some help.

I'm building a 5f1 Fender Tweed Champ clone with a kit purchased from mojotone. I was able to get the amp wired as per the manual, and the pilot light comes on, but thats as far as it goes successfully.

A few seconds after I turn it on a bwOOOOOooooooo noise comes out of the speaker and then settles on a tone. The input jacks do not work. It passes every continuity test and DC voltage test chatGPT throws at me. Moving the volume knob up and down modulates the tone of the noise comes out.

If there are any tests I could run to detect where the issues are, that would be super helpful. I have a multimeter.
