I just finished this episode and like many others... I'm starting to really hate how SVU plays fast and loose with the law to protect their rape victims, EVEN THOUGH THESE SAME PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS.

Using DNA from a rapekit... I don't see the problem! You wanted justice for your rape, so why should we stop from getting justice for a crime YOU COMMITTED? Because you were raped, you deserve a chance?!? This is utter nonsense!
