I caved

After searching for the last month and spending a good amount of money on gas, I caved and bought the Platinum WW from a scalper. Total with shipping was $85, I just kept missing out whenever the figure would go up for sale different sites. I thought about waiting for BBTS to release it or for the EQL from McFarlane, but didn't want to risk missing out again. I hate that McFarlane makes certain figures so hard to obtain.

Found'em

I was on my way to GameStop to pre-order Black Mask. At the shopping plaza that GameStop is in, there's also a Walmart. Decided to stop at Walmart first to check and Black Mask is sitting on the shelf! Now he's on my shelf!

My luck run out

I've been pretty lucky in snagging hard to find platinums in stores. But it seems like my luck has run out. I've been to seven different Targets and five different Walmarts this week, some I've hit multiple times this week in looking for the Platinum Wonder Woman and Ivy. Out of all those stores, I've only found two Platinum and one regular Hawkgirl. I might just end my search and pay scalper prices.

Had a great hunt this morning!

Found the BTAS figure at Target in Chandler AZ on Arizona Ave and Ocotillo. There is still another Ventriloquist and Talia there. Found the Super Friends Batman at Walmart on Chandler Blvd the 101, there was a Crystalized Superman and Evil Wonder Woman.

Walmart Pick-up order finally worked!

I'm not sure how many times I've tried a Walmart pick-up order throughout the years, only for them to be cancelled every single time. I know I tried to order Max Shreck 6 times. Well today is the day it finally worked!
