I can't run pokemon Arceus without it dipping from 30 fps to 16-19 max in some areas of the games. I'm running on an AYN Thor Max. Is there a way to keep it at 30fps?

I'm on the AYN Thor Max which is an android device and I need a mod that will help auto sort my pokemon cuz I'm almost at max capacity and it's super unorganized. Does anyone know if it's possible to auto sort? Also I'm kinda new to Eden, it's been a year I think, but I haven't tried using mods at all. Would be down to try tho.
