

When I moved in a year ago I asked for an extra fob to give to a cleaning company to clean my unit this wasn’t allowed. The front office has been gracious enough to take the time to let them access to the unit twice a month.
Last week I found out that was ending and these are the excuses I’ve been getting. I have a job that I’m gone 14-16 days per month and when I’m at work I don’t have the ability to answer phone calls or help people get into the building.
This whole “fair access” thing seems like a facade to me and they simply don’t want to be customer service oriented and help their tenants.
I’m aware these are simply champagne problems and I’m just venting. However, I feel like the management of this building has been a nightmare from the beginning.
