The last pokemon I need to complete my dex is Quaxly!! So close 😭

Can someone explain what order to do Pokémon Violet?

It says you can do whatever mission you want first, but I tried to do the Blueberry Academy with level 20 Pokémon and got wiped.

Also, any tips on map travel? I guess I don't know how to read maps, but I'm having a hard time getting to the Fly Titan mission to get flying.
