My ring stopped connecting on 4/30. I have not been able to reconnect it, even after a full battery drain! I cannot reach support, as they never respond to me.. it’s been days. I love my ring dearly and have had no issues thus far. It is past my 1 year warranty. Any advice if this has happened to you? I really don’t want to switch to aura but I’m pretty bummed.
