I’m hoping someone can help me identify the blue pen - brand, model, etc. I paid about $80 for a leather wrapped pen cup and three pens - this one, a turquoise Platignum and a Jinhao.

Google results were all over the place - Pierre Cardin, Waterman expert and or Chinese.

The second picture has all the pens I picked up at Antiques on the Main.
