So, my ex husband has never paid me the full amount that is listed in our divorce decree, he didn’t pay for years and now, usually pays me a little less then half monthly. I didn’t use it as qualifying income on the loan but did say that there was no child support obligation. Now they want a copy of the divorce decree and it shows an obligation. I know I fucked up, I should have been upfront about it, but is my loan about to get denied when I submit it? I don’t even know what to say, going back on my former statement.
