Does anyone have experience with the ABC apprenticeship (non-union)

Before anyone ask, yes I applied at my local union (Local 562 St. Louis if you were wondering) and yes I know the ABC are rats or scabs or blah blah whatever. But truth be told, I really want to become a pipefitter and if the union is going to give me a hard time, why not try the non-union route. Of course, I rather be union, but what I've heard with union in my area, it can be very difficult to get into.

Anybody Local 562? (St. Louis)

Just finished my interview with the union, wondering what would be the next step in the apprenticeship application process. I presume they take in apprentices biannually around fall and spring, and are going to start going through the list of applicants quite soon. They said they are going to be in contact with me, I'm curious when exactly they will reach out though.
