We have a student that was in a self contained (life skills) classroom but parents felt the child should be in a general education setting, so the child was moved and has no 1:1. The child watches videos and at times gets “aroused” by the videos. Up until the other day we would just remind the child that it’s not appropriate in school. Yes we have tried to stop the video watching but the student gets aggressive and will lunge at the person trying to restrict the video.

The other day in a General Education class the child was watching videos and pulled out his penis and well you can guess the rest. Many of the children in class saw it and one called their parent because they were upset. The teacher called for someone in LS to come get the child which they did. I don’t know what happened but the student went to their next class and teachers were told to keep an eye on the students hands.

That’s it, nothing more has happened. 🙄
