Anyone went through this situation or going through it.?
I am in CA Final and have done my articleship from mid sized firm where i mostly worked in bank audit and tax audit. They kept me in bank audit only and later i somehow managed to escape from the firm after a lot of drama and I joined HSBC for industrial training in financial reporting role.
My Final attempt was in may 25 but skipped as this was the joining conditions for hsbc.
appeared in september, then jan attempt. both the time my marks were in between 125-140.
appeared again in may attempt but thanks to AFM, it looks like i will get similar marks in this attempt too.
Now the point is i want to do job as my articleship ended in august last year. I can’t get into big 4s or other big companies as they will not provide exam leaves for nov attempt and i applied for local and mid sized firms they are either not interested(as my most experience is in banking) in my Cv or offering me salary similar to 2nd year article.
so should i join the local firms or wait for next attempt which is approx six months away.
