TOEFL PREP, I need an advice plz

So i want to do the TOEFL iBT exam and i really don’t know from where to start preparing.
I searched about the the TST PREP website and i found a SCORE BUILDING PROGRAM plan. And there is another plan but this one is in the etc main website , the study.com which is the official partner. Which plan is better and u do recommend??
