Hi everyone. I found out I had endometriosis when my appendix burst a few years ago. Since then, I have been dealing with lots of bowel issues. However, for the past few days, I have been having this burning sensation that moves around my belly and lots of pressure in my hips and pelvic area that goes all the way to my back and butt; this is my "normal" chronic pain. Bowel movement is also all over the place. I don't particularly have bloating. I am assuming this is a flare-up, but I am recently understanding how endometriosis works. What does your endometriosis flare-up look like? Do you have any books that have helped you understand endometriosis better? Thank you!
